We are PT DSSP Power Kendari inviting your company for bidding as follow:
PR 400004883 Major Overhaul Turbine and Generator #1
Please see the attachment for Scope of Work, and the others attachment.
As part of the Bidding/ Tender for this Service project as mentioned above, please find the points that are Mandatory to fulfill, as follow:
(1) All foreigners (not Indonesian citizen) when coming to work at DSSP Power Sumsel/ DSSP Power Kendari / SKS Listrik Kalimantan premise should possess themselves a legal Working Permit issued by the Immigration Authority of the Republic of Indonesia.
(2) The Payment Term (MANDATORY):
Payment term as follow:
Down Payment 20% Shall be paid upon the arrival of team at Kendari Site.
80% after Job completion, paid in 30days against the Invoice and relevant payment documentations required by DSSP Power Kendari as well as against the acceptance of signed Certificate of Work Completion (BAST) by both parties.
(3) All Bidders/ tender participants must provide a Bank Guarantee as Bid Bond
The Bid Bond shall be submitted to Tenderer at the latest on 15 November 2024 at 17:00 Western Indonesian Time. If the Bidders fail to submit the Bid Bond within this timeline, the Bidders are deemed to have withdrawn from and not allowed to participate in the Tender.
The Bid Bond of the awarded Bidder will be returned within 7 working days after the Tenderer receives Advance Payment Bond and Performance Bond.
The Bid Bond of other Bidders will be returned within 7 days after the Tender Reward Announcement.
(4) When awarded the Tender, Vendor must immediately provide Bank Guarantee as Performance Bond amounting 10% of total awarded Value (contract value) which is valid until 2 weeks after the designated completion date on dd/mm/yyyy. This would be the condition required in exchange to the return of Bid Bond and to start the Works at Site.
(5) Before the Final Acceptance in Certificate of Work Completion (BAST) by both parties, Vendor would need to issue a 5% Warranty Bond (Bank Guarantee) which valid for 1 year.
(6) The Technical Proposal submit to Procurement by latest 15 November 2024 before 17:00 PM ( Jakarta Time) by google drive or PDF File. ( No need commercial proposal).
(7) Regarding the Commercial Proposal, Procurement will instruct to all vendors the schedule of submission and email to dssp.finbid1@dsspower.co.id after the technical bid evaluation review result (tech proposal review result) announce by DSSP Power Kendari.
NOTE: Price per items already include the pph 23.
All vendor must do the site visit start from 21 October 2024-31 October 2024
All vendor must have the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership for Service Job
